Manual which all coaches will receive at the 8/29 Coaches Meeting includes a
guide to first aid.
The CYSA Player
Registration Form should be carried by the coach/team manager at all
practices and games. This form provides medical emergency contact
information as well a the Consent for Medical
Treatment (minor) authorization. Please check your player forms to ensure
these sections are completed for each player.
