Team Formation and
Notification

“How will
the draft work?” We will use a random draft with 1 coach representing
each team. All players will be rated using 2007 player evaluations.
Players without evaluations will be held aside and assigned to teams at
the end of draft (Wildcards). Draft order will be random. AG Commissioner
will review final team formations to ensure, balance, fairness and other
elements are fulfilled.

“Do all age
groups have a draft?” No, U6, U7,U8 & U9 do not draft, just U10 and
higher age groups.

“When will the draft be
held?" Mid May with completion by late May

will coaches be notified of draft day, time and location?”

“Who can attend the draft?” Head coach only or asst
coach if head coach is unavailable.

“When will draft results and teams be announced?”
First week of August at latest, coaches will notify parents and players of
team formation. The Club will also post the teams on www.mvsc.org.

“When will practice days and times be announced?”
First week of August at latest via coaches and at www.msvc.org
