Important Items For Team Managers

Delivery Time:  4-5 weeks (or longer depending upon manufacturer’s stock)

Manufacturer’s peak inventory levels are at the end of May.  Manufacturer’s stock begins to rapidly diminish after that date.

The “Team Price” applies to all quantities.

There will be samples for sizing purposes at the Marin store. 

The Marin store is open every day EXCEPT TUESDAY.  The order office is open every day M-F

There will be a “Mill Valley Team Order Form” at the Marin store for each team.  Your parent will enter sizing information for their child on the order form.  Supply your parent with your team’s name, your name (contact on form) and the coach’s name.

Time Line

1. The manager fills out the Order Form and submits it to the Sunset Soccer Order Office.

2. The manager supplies the parents with the team’s name, coach’s name, their name (the manager) and the LAST DATE FOR SIZING IS MAY 28th. If a team completes their sizing prior to May 28th, then their uniforms will be ordered at the time their form is completed.

3. The parent visits Sunset Soccer Marin and sizes their child.  The parent fills in sizing information on Order Form next to the player’s name.

4. The Order Office contacts the team manager to confirm all the particulars regarding the order.

5. Sunset Soccer begins the order/delivery process. Delivery Time:  4-5 weeks
