Fun facts: Before coming to the states, I was a football referee with the Glasgow Referees Association and regularly officiated games when I was not coaching. Many of the skills are like that of the coach. This includes looking presentable and ready to take charge of the situation to ensure that everything is organized well before the stated kick off time. I was also a coach with my local youth football team which requires to be able to communicate well with both children and adults to make sure that the highest level of enjoyment is given to all involved. Aside from my time volunteering in football I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
