Refunds requested at least seven days prior to the start of a clinic or camp are refundable, less a standard Administrative Fee of $30, or 10% of the program registration fee, whichever is less.
Refunds requested after the start of the program may be offered at a prorated rate at the sole discretion of MVSC.
No refunds will be offered if requested after a majority of the program's sessions have been conducted, as MVSC plans staffing based on registration counts, whether your player shows up or not.
